PINHOOK BEND HOA TRACTOR

The HOA owns and operates a midsize, light duty Kubota L3301 tractor.  The purpose of the tractor is to help maintain the community as well as assist the residents of Pinhook Bend.

As a home owner each property is allotted 5 hours of service annually.  The home owner is responsible for paying the operator a predetermined fee prior to doing the work.
